Digital Economy Development Foundation is the Public Foundation in Kyrgyz Republic. It is new organization established in 2018. Main goals of the organization are - to develop digitalization of economic sectors and spheres in Kyrgyz Republic; - development of the strategy for key directions of life sustenance (education, science, digital economy, economical politics, agriculture, industry etc.); - development of system of pre-school, school, elementary, intermediate vocational and higher education; - exploitation of the development strategy of science and technologies; - development of dual forms of specialists’ training; development of the system of accreditation of education organizations and establishment of the accreditation agency; - development of the system of specialists’ certification and establishment of the certification agency; - support of innovative activities among people for development of base for innovation development; - organization of activities on additional vocational education (trainings) according to state educational standards; - implementation of fundamental and applied research. To achieve these goals Foundation have following objectives: - development of science-based analytical materials; research and analysis of public opinion; making suggestions on projects of legislation and educational development programs; - providing of scientific and analytical work for governmental and non-governmental organizations; - development of innovative activities of citizens; development of relations and experience exchange with partner organizations providing same activities with similar goals and objectives; - improvement of professional qualification and skills of specialists; - development and realization of project proposals, directed to commercialization of innovation technologies and services; - determination of solutions in science and applied approaches in science and technologies.
